Over the past 12 years the practice has completed numerous commissions for both private individual dwellings and speculative housing developments throughout the UK.
Houses for individual clients are site specific, designed to suit their specific requirements. Services include site identification and assessment with projects developed from initial concept to completion.
The practice has considerable experience in speculative residential developments, ranging from small infill schemes of 4 units through to developments in excess of 200 units.
Careful attention is given to innovative site arrangements in order to comply with current statutory requirements. We are in a position to provide advice on site acquisitions, cost analysis and full design services.
